We take them on walks through vineyards, behind the scenes with artisans, and into the kitchens of chefs to present both traditional and vanguard cuisine and winemaking in the Basque Country and greater Spain. They’ll meet cheesemakers and winemakers, farmers and shepherds, fishermen and musicians. They’ll take walks through the beautiful landscapes, duck into hidden wine cellars, and cook in private kitchens.
